No. Registration is handled remotely through a power of attorney. For some premium bank tiers the bank may ask for an in-person visit, and if that applies to you we tell you upfront.
An IE is the simplest and cheapest route for a solo freelancer, and it is the structure that qualifies for the 1% tax. Your personal assets stay linked to the business, though. An LLC keeps liability separate and suits teams, agencies and hiring; its profit is taxed when it is distributed.
In the All-Inclusive, Corporate and Fast-Track packages, yes: all state fees are in the price you see. For the other combinations we confirm the government fees with you before you pay.
